SenSura Mio Concave is the first product specially designed to fit bulges, hernias and curves. The star-shaped baseplate fits securely over bulges, hernias and curves. The petals of the baseplate hug the body without creasing or folding. The ring stabilises the centre zone so the stoma gets the necessary support, and guides where to put pressure while fitting. Finally, the elastic adhesive and fit zones follow the body's movements. Together, all of these benefits ensure that there is greater contact between the adhesive and the skin.

Easy to use

The star-shaped baseplate is easy to apply because it is inverted, allowing you to better position the baseplate accurately. Once positioned you simply flip the petals over the curved area to get a good fit - with less creases and folds.

Fits curved areas

The elastic adhesive and fit zones ensure that the product follows the body movements. The stability ring in the centre of the baseplate ensures support right around the stoma.

The smooth, all-textile material is less like a medical appliance and more like a clothing item or accessory. Its specially chosen, neutral colour is designed to stay unnoticed under clothing – even white.
