Irene Kemp

Irene has over 17 years’ experience as a registered nurse, delivering exceptional consumer-focused clinical care, through innovation and quality improvement. In her current role, she provides specialist clinical education to patients, families and healthcare professionals on neurogenic bowel and bladder management including conditions such as: Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury and Spina Bifida. Irene performs individualised bladder and bowel reviews for her patients and assists in getting them the best product for their needs by providing them with comprehensive letters of recommendation.

Gabby Pragnaratne

Available Virtually and in VIC, TAS and SA

Gabby has over 17 years’ experience as a registered nurse, responsible and accountable for the safe, efficient and effective treatment of all her patients. She assists in teaching and training on best practice around bladder and bowel management for non-neurogenic and neurogenic patient groups, including conditions such as: Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury and Spina Bifida. Gabby takes pride in providing the finest patient-focused health service to improve the quality of life for clients suffering from continence issues.

Edwina Spooner

Available Virtually and in NSW and ACT

 

Edwina has over 13 years’ experience as a registered nurse. She has a genuine passion for delivering high quality healthcare within a highly ethical organisation. Currently, Edwina is a senior registered nurse who has a strong focus in assisting in teaching and training on best practice around bladder and bowel management for the neurogenic and non-neurogenic patient groups, including conditions such as: Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Cord Injury and Spina Bifida and specifically in regard to intermittent catheters, draining bags, condom draining and transanal irrigation.

Clare Taylor

Available Virtually and in WA

Clare Taylor has practiced as a continence nurse for over 10 years and has a post graduate certificate in Health and Continence. She is passionate about helping clients find the best solutions to manage their bladder and bowel effectively to reduce any impact on their lives. She has worked for Bladder and Bowel Health Australia, Private Urologists and the Prostate cancer organisation Movember to help provision expert care in supporting clients with Continence issues.

Donna Fisher

Available Virtually and in South Australia


Donna Fisher has been a Registered nurse for over 25 years practising in a range of acute and community roles. She completed her Stomal Therapy Nursing certificate in early 2000, which included ostomy, wound and continence care. She has expanded her tertiary qualifications and has completed a Masters of Clinical Practice. Donna’s most recent role of 10 years has been as a Stomal Therapy Clinical Nurse Consultant at a major public hospital which included all aspects of stomal therapy. In her spare time, she assists with marking for the post graduate certificate of Stomal Therapy Nursing.

She is responsible and accountable for the safe, efficient and effective treatment of all her patients. She assists in teaching and training on best practice around stoma care.

All of our Coloplast Clinical Nurse Advisors can perform individualised bladder and bowel reviews to assist you in getting the best product for your needs by providing you with a comprehensive letter of recommendation. This letter may support your application for continence funding via a range of state-based and national funding schemes.

How to enquire about an appointment

The clinic is run by experienced Coloplast Clinical Nurse Advisors who have access to all the latest products available. First appointments are likely to be around an hour, and follow-up appointments will be shorter. You can either call our consumer care team and enquire about an appointment over the phone (1800 316 649) or by clicking the ‘request an appointment’ button below and someone will contact you back. Where possible we will try and support you over the phone with our team of skilled Consumer Care Specialists, but if a clinic appointment is required, we will be able to book you in to speak to one of our nurse advisors.

 

We would always recommend that you seek assistance from your own specialist continence nurse if you have one prior to enquiring with our service as they will know your situation better.
