At Coloplast, we are pleased to see the federal government investing in wound care for patients in the community setting. It is important to know if you could be one of them.

Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for the Scheme if:

• You are aged 65 years or over, or a First Nations Australian aged 50 plus
• You live with diabetes and chronic wounds
• You are paying for the cost of your dressings

You are ineligible if you are already receiving free consumables via a different source of government funding; for example, the NDIS, the DVA's RPBS, or Home Care Packages.
