Eligibility

Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over. Parents or carers may enter on behalf of an eligible resident if they are under 18 years of age. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter. 

Entry

The Promotion commences on 12:00 AEST 01/07/2021 and entries close on 11:59 AEDT 10/12/2021 (promotion period).To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the online form during the Promotion Period and enter via: coloplast.to/au_WIN. Entries Permitted: Maximum of one (1) prize permitted. Entries must provide contact and qualifying details (continence product usage) on request to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name unless they are under the age of 18. Parents or carers may enter on behalf of an eligible entrant if they are under 18 years of age. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

Prizes and Winning

The computer-generated random prize draw will take place at 12:00 noon AEDT on 13/12/2021 at Coloplast Ltd, Level 4, 1 Acacia Place, Notting Hill, Victoria, 3168.The prize consists of return economy class flights to Melbourne (from your local major airport) for two people, one night’s accommodation (estimated value $200) and a one-hour experience with Dylan Alcott to meet and have a private tennis lesson at a tennis centre in Melbourne (estimated value $200) – up to a total maximum value of $4,900. Domestic connections, transfers and other add-ons are included in the prize as long as the cost remains within the total prize value. All additional and incidental expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner. The prize is valid to be claimed in 2022. The final dates of prize will be dependent on availability of both the prize winner and Dylan Alcott – to be arranged between the two parties. All travel is subject to COVID-19 restrictions, availability, and capacity control. With travel restrictions changing regularly due to COVID-19, the Promoter may need to change the prize winners travel plans or prize date.The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.The winner will be contacted by using the contact details on file with the Promoter within four (4) business days of the draw, including in writing.

Privacy Collection Statement

By submitting an entry into this competition entrants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter.

The Promoter and its related entities collect entrants' personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winner). The Promoter may disclose personal information collected to an agent who is engaged to conduct the competition draw and for prize fulfilment. The Promoter will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available here.

In participating in the competition, the winner agrees to participate in all editorial activities relating to the competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner (and their companion) agree to granting the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites.

Prize Conditions

The winner will have their details published here on 15/12/2021.

If the prize is unclaimed or un-awarded a prize draw will be conducted on 10/01/2022 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn they will be contacted by phone and in writing within four (4) business days and will have their name here on 25/01/2022.

No part of this prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age, condition, product usage and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win.
