      Eligibility

      • Entry is only open to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS, NT and WA residents who are intermittent catheter users at the time of entry and 18 years and over. Parents or carers may enter on behalf of an eligible resident who is an intermittent catheter user at the time of entry if they are under 18 year of age.
      • Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

      Entry

      • The Promotion commences on TIME AEDT/AEST, DATE and entries close on 11:59 AEDT/AEST, DATE (promotion period)
      • To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the online form during the Promotion Period.
      • Entries Permitted: Maximum of one (1) prize permitted. Entries must provide contact details on request to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

      Prizes and Winning

      • The computer generated, random, wheel spinning prize draw will take place upon completion of the online form.
      • The winners will be contacted by using the contact details provided in the online form within 14 business days from spinning the wheel and entering into the prize pool.
