Eligibility

• Entry is only open to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS, NT, and WA residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees, immediate family members of employees, and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter

Entry

• The Promotion commences on 12:00AM AEDT 02/01/2023, and entries close on 12:00AM AEDT 31/03/2023 (promotion period)
• To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the online form during the Promotion Period and enter via (coloplast.to/Sponsorship)
• Entries Permitted: Maximum of one (1) prize permitted per individual, Wheelchair Sports Club or Team. Entries must be a wheelchair user and provide contact details on request to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own names. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

Prizes and Winning

• The computer-generated random prize draw will take place at 12:00 noon AEDT at 03/04/2023 at Coloplast Ltd, Level 4, 1 Acacia Place, Notting, Hill Victoria 3168.
• The winning Wheelchair Sports Club or Team will win one of three Wheelchair Sports Sponsorships  (“Sponsorship” being defined as being financial support given to the sponsee (member/club) to help them reach their goals and objectives): a Gold Sponsorship of $3,000 AUD (provided on a Visa Gift Card), a Silver Sponsorship of $2,000 AUD (provided on a Visa Gift Card), or a Bronze Sponsorship of $1,000 AUD (provided on a Visa Gift Card). The winning Wheelchair Sports Club member will win one of three Wheelchair Sports Sponsorships: a Gold Sponsorship of $2,000 AUD (provided on a Visa Gift Card), a Silver Sponsorship of $1,000 AUD (provided on a Visa Gift Card), or a Bronze Sponsorship of $500 AUD (provided on a Visa Gift Card).
• The total prize pool is valued at $9,500 AUD
• The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
• The winners will be contacted by using the contact details on file with the Promoter within two (2) business days of the draw, including in writing

Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter.

The Promoter may disclose personal information collected to an agent who is conducting the competition draw and for prize fulfillment. • In participating in the competition, the winners agree to participate in all editorial activities relating to the competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner (and their companions) agrees to grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites.

Prize Conditions

• The winners will have their details published online at coloplast.to/Sponsorship at 12:00 noon AEDT at 03/04/2023.
• If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes, a prize draw will be conducted on 18/03/2023 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) business days and will have their name online at coloplast.to/Sponsorship.
• No part of this prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or any other prize or transferable.

• By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs, or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s). 
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or other digital platforms.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and the entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age, and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect, and illegible entries, as applicable, will, at the Promoter's discretion, be deemed invalid and not eligible to win.
• If, for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
