About Me: Hi, I'm Kris. My Ostomy story is long. I tested positive on a Bowel Cancer test, so I had a Colonoscopy. The Doctor performing the Colonoscopy cut my bowel. A week later, I had an emergency operation where a Colostomy was performed. They also found cancer, so I started radiation and chemo. While I had radiation, I didn't use my bottom, resulting in my muscles turning to jelly. I therefore now have a Stoma for life.
