Eligibility

• Entry is only open to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS, NT and WA residents who are 18 years and over.
• Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry

• The Promotion commences on 12:00 AEST 01 /11/2019 and and close 30/09/2020 at 11:59pm AEDT (promotion period.)
• To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the online form during the Promotion Period.
• Entries Permitted: Maximum of one (1) prize permitted.
• Entries must provide contact details on request to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

Prizes and Winning

• The winners of this promotional competition will be determined by two Coloplast representatives at the Promoter’s offices after 05/10/2020 at 12:00 noon AEDT based upon the individual creative merit of the entries.
• The winners will receive a Flight Centre travel voucher to the value of $1,000 AUD, a Venture ostomy bag case, Kindle 6" e-Reader 4GB Black (2019), Poo Pouri, Brava Skin Cleanser Wipe pack, Retail box Brava Protective Seal, Brava lubricating deodorant 240ml bottle, retail box of Brava adhesive remover wipes, retail box of Brava skin barrier wipes, retail box of Brava elastic tape. Total prize value is estimated to be $1,450.00 AUD.
• The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
• The winners will be contacted by using the contact details on file with the Promoter within two (2) business days of the draw, including in writing.

• By submitting an entry into this competition entrants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter and Chron's and Colitis Australia (by email). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter and Chron's and Colitis Australia.
• The winners will have their details published in the Ostomy Australia Journal December 2020 edition.

• If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a second entry will be awarded on 01/11/2020 at the promoter’s office. Winners will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) business days and will have their name published on our website on 01/11/2020. No part of this prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable.

• The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
• By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
