About Me: Hi, I'm Owen. In 2018, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and spent years battling the disease while trying every treatment available. After a long journey of hospital visits, medications, and setbacks, I underwent a total colectomy in November 2022, which gave me a second chance at life. Living with an ileostomy hasn’t held me back; it’s pushed me to go further.
From doing a sprint triathlon, running marathons and ultramarathons to launching my activewear brand for people with and without medical needs, I’m passionate about showing what’s possible with an ostomy. I proudly share my story to help others feel confident, strong, and supported.
