I’m a speaker, holistic wellness mentor, and certified meditation teacher with a down-to-earth approach that makes wellbeing feel simple and achievable. Having spent years in high-pressure corporate environments while juggling family life and motherhood, I know how easy it is to put yourself last. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with what truly matters, find balance, and build resilience. Through practical tools and simple strategies, I love showing people how small shifts can create more ease, fulfilment, and joy in their everyday lives.

My ostomy story

My ostomy story is one of challenge, resilience, and transformation. After facing two cancer diagnoses and learning to live with a permanent stoma, I’ve come to see that wellbeing isn’t just about survival - it’s about presence, self-care, and connection. I share my journey openly in my memoir What A Sh!t Show, where I explore the raw and often messy sides of life that shape who we are. Today, as an Ambassador for Coloplast and a committee member for the Bowel Cancer Outcomes Registry, I use my lived experience to raise awareness, foster community, and support others through illness and recovery.

Join our upcoming catchups

I will now be hosting bi-monthly catchups, giving ostomates a regular space to connect, share experiences, and support one another. These relaxed sessions are designed to help you feel heard, understood, and part of a community that truly gets it. Whether you're newly adjusting or have been living with a stoma for years, everyone is welcome.

Each session will explore a different theme based on what matters most to you (from managing daily routines to navigating social situations and boosting confidence). It’s a chance to ask questions, swap tips, or simply listen in and know you’re not alone. I’d love for you to join us.
