Eligibility

• Entry is only open to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS, NT, and WA residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees, immediate family members of employees, and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry

• The Promotion commences on 12:00 AM AEDT 06/06/2026 and entries close on 17:00 PM AEDT 27/06/2026 (promotion period)
• To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the online form on this page during the Promotion Period.
• Entries Permitted: Maximum of one (1) entry per person and maxiumum of one (1) prize permitted per individual. Entrants must  provide contact details on request to be eligible to win. 
• Entrants may only enter their own names. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

Prizes and Winning

• There are 10 x $20 Vouchers. The winners of the competition will win one (1) $20 gift vouchers or they can choose to donate $20 to Bowel Cancer Australia
• The winners will be contacted using the contact details on file with the Promoter within two (2) business days of the draw, including in writing.

Privacy Collection Statement

• The Promoter and its related entities collect entrants' personal information to conduct and promote this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The Promoter may disclose personal information collected to an agent conducting the competition draw and for prize fulfillment. The Promoter will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.coloplast.com.au/global/declaration-of-consent/)
• In participating in the competition, the winners agree to participate in all editorial activities relating to the competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner (and their companions) agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites.

Prize Conditions

• The winners will have their details published online 
• If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes, a prize draw will be conducted on 15/07/2026 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted by phone and in writing within five (5) business days and will have their name online.
• No part of this prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or any other prize or transferable.
• The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death that is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
• By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs, or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant's participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant's participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s). 
• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or other digital platforms.
• Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect, and illegible entries, as applicable, will, at the Promoter's discretion, be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and the entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age, and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered.
• If, for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
