Eligibility

• Entry is only open to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS, NT and WA residents who are 18 years and over.
• Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter

Entry

• The Promotion commences on 12:00AM AEDT 02/10/2022 and entries close on 12:00AM AEDT 08/01/2023 (promotion period)
• To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the online form during the Promotion Period and enter via (coloplast.to/HealthRetreat)
• Entries Permitted: Maximum of one (1) prize permitted Entries must provide contact details on request to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own names. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries may be deemed invalid.

Prizes and Winning

• The computer-generated random prize draw will take place at 12:00 noon AEDT at 09/01/2023 at Coloplast Ltd, Level 4 1 Acacia Place, Notting Hill Victoria 3168.
• The winners will receive a 4-day, 3-nights Get Healthy Package (2-bedroom apartment) with 1 hour of allied health per day of stay, access to the Healthy Living Centre gym (spinalhealthyliving.com.au), $1,000 pre-paid Visa Card. The prize is valued at $2,723.98 AUD
• The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of GST) at the date of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
• The winners will be contacted by using the contact details on file with the Promoter within two (2) business days of the draw, including in writing

• By submitting an entry into this competition entrants consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter and Spinal Life Australia (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter and Spinal Life Australia.
• The Promoter and its related entities collect entrants' personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The Promoter may disclose personal information collected to an agent who is engaged to conduct the competition draw and for prize fulfillment. • In participating in the competition, the winner agrees to participate in all editorial activities relating to the competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner (and their companions) agree to grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites.

Prize Conditions

• The winners will have their details published online at coloplast.to/HealthRetreat.
• If there are any unclaimed or un-awarded prizes a prize draw will be conducted on 23/01/2023 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted by phone and in writing within two (2) business days and will have their name online at coloplast.to/HealthRetreat.
• No part of this prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or any other prize or transferable, is subject to availability, and bookings are required.
• This offer is valid for up to 12 months from the draw date and cannot be used from 5 -10 April 2023 or 16 December 2023 to 7 January 2024.

• By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs, or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s). 
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age, and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect, and illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win.
