Coloplast has been recognised as the 2nd best place to work in Australia!

Coloplast has been recognised as the 2^nd Best Place to Work in Australia by WRK+. Earning a score is based on two factors. 60% of the total score comes from employee responses to Engaging People©, a 52-statement employee engagement survey. The survey is distributed on a census basis and minimum completion rates are calculated using a 95% confidence interval. The remaining 40% comes from the WRK+ Culture Insight©, an evaluation of the organisation’s policies and procedures in specific people and operations practice areas.

 As an organisation, Coloplast had some fantastic results to these surveys, which have been highlighted below:

• Coloplast had 82% uptake in the WRK+ Engaging People survey which influenced 60% of the overall score.
• 97% of employees were proud to tell others they work here
• 97% of employees were willing to give extra effort to help Coloplast achieve its goals
• 99% of employees feel a sense of pride when looking at what Coloplast accomplishes
